News/Events An estimated 10,000 people make nearly 90,000 visits to the Center and grounds each year. ·  The City of Saint Paul actually owns the building, but the West Seventh Community Center is a private, non-profit organization that is responsible for managing the building and funding its programs. ·  Over 600 volunteers provide over 10,000 hours of service to the Center each year.  This is the equivalent of 5 full-time staff. ·  Volunteers deliver over 13,000 Meals on Wheels each year.

The West Seventh Community Center  at 265 Oneida St. Paul, which houses a small branch of the Saint Paul Public Library, a branch of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation, Ramsey County Community Corrections and the Community Reporter.

History

The West Seventh Community Center was established in 1972 to provide human services as well as educational and recreational opportunities to residents of the West Seventh community.
