Community Power Vote
Bringing the power of the vote to our communities
Community Power Vote is a MACC member campaign to help individuals in our communities register to vote, know the issues and get out to vote for primary and general elections. It’s a way for engaging our communities to have a voice in shaping public policy on issues that matter to them most.
The MACC Community Power Vote kit includes posters, buttons, stickers, tent cards and banners to put the issue in front of our communities. It also offers a voter guide, a Vote Your Values worksheet, reminder wallet cards, registration tracking cards and complete instructions. These materials are intended for nonpartisan voter registration, education and election day get-out-the-vote activities and are available without regard to the voter's political preference.
This ready-to-use voter participation tool is currently available in English, Spanish and Somali languages free of charge to MACC members. And, this program has gone national through a licensing agreement with the United Neighborhood Centers of America, Inc.
